This is full-time position on our campus in Portland, Oregon.
Description: Provides strong, creative and strategic oversight of college administrative, developmental, marketing and growth strategies; oversees and guides the entire range of community and college relationships pertaining to fundraising, advocacy, and development activities for Portland Bible College; recruits and develops team members focused toward the ultimate goal of significantly increasing constituent involvement and fundraising outcomes; oversees, analyzes and implements general public relations programs; oversees annual fund, corporate, and foundation relations, major gifts and gift planning, endowment, capital campaigns, and alumni and constituent relations activities; directs advancement team, provides leadership, supervision, and coaching that will lead to success in reaching established goals; provides oversight of PBC Advancement team; does related work as necessary.
