Portland Bible College tuition costs are kept low in part by the generosity of Mannahouse Church, which founded and continues to support PBC.

Destiny Scholarship

This scholarship is designed to assist students who are facing financial challenges and need help paying for educational expenses. If you need financial assistance, we encourage you to apply for this need-based scholarship.

This scholarship is designed to assist new on-campus students from single-parent on-campus students who can’t afford the cost of education at PBC. If you’re from a single-parent home and paying for your own tuition and living expenses, apply now!

Privately Funded Scholarships

Lynda K. Asplund Scholarship

The late Lynda Asplund and her husband, Dr. Larry Asplund, spent many years teaching and serving the students of PBC. This scholarship helps cover a portion of study cost for eligible on-campus female African-American students.

Nathan Peterson Scholarship

Beloved alumnus Nathan Peterson had a deep love and commitment to our international student community. His family and friends have created this scholarship in his memory to support on-campus international students at PBC.

Kaylor Scholarship

This scholarship was created to honor long-term missionaries Leo & Phyllis Kaylor. New PBC students who are kids of missionaries are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Long-time administrators of Portland Bible College, Carlos and Clarissa Marin have provided this scholarship for new and returning, on campus Latin-American students.

Grants & Loans

Private grants, loans, and scholarships that do not require federal participation are generally accepted by PBC. It is up to each individual student to determine whether they qualify and to apply for the scholarship. Please contact the Finance Office or Registrar if you have received a private scholarship and need assistance having the fund applied to your tuition costs.

FAFSA

PBC is not a participating school in the Federal Financial Aid system and therefore, under the current tax code, is generally not eligible for most federal aid including FAFSA grants and loans, or tuition-related tax deductions.
