Transcript Request

Submit your request and pay online

Official transcripts can be mailed via USPS, sent electronically via a secured email* or picked up at the PBC Admin office.

Please submit one request per transcript order. Once completed you will receive an email confirming your transcripts have been sent out. To submit your request, click the button below.

Students with an owing balance to PBC will need to pay off their financial obligation before transcripts can be processed.

*Emailed transcripts are only available for students who attended PBC after 2008.

You can also send payment made by check through standard mail. Please enclose a copy of the Transcript Request Form with your payment and address it to:

All mailed transcripts are sent through regular USPS mail. We do not have the option of express or next day delivery.
