COACHES

Mike Arnold, Head Coach:

Mike is a 1998 Truman State University graduate with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology in 1988. He completed his Ed.S in 1994 with a year long internship at the University of Portland in Athletic Administration. Coach Arnold has coached at every level, from elementary school to NCAA Division I. Additionally, he has done speed and strength work with the Portland Trailblazers and their rookies. His most recent teams won over 71 % of their games and his graduation/transfer rate was over 92%. Coach Arnold has been selected as ‘Coach of the Year’ 5 times. He serves as a division chair in HPE at Clark College in Vancouver, WA. In 2013 he was honored with the Exceptional Faculty Award.

Mike and his wife Cindy served as youth pastors in a missionary church in Alaska for three years and both have felt called into education as their mission field. The have two adult daughters, McKenzie Rae and Maggie Rose and attend Mannahouse.
