PBC welcomed 21 students from IFGF Global (an international Church Network founded by PBC
alumni, and current board member, Pastor Jimmy Oentoro) into a two-year online program. These international students are being trained by PBC for the purpose of translating PBC Bible courses into the local languages in
order to launch 9 month church planting schools in the following countries: India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sierre
Leone, Tanzania, Uganda and Ecuador.
In addition to the online students, IFGF has also sent key leaders to be trained in-person in Portland, the first of which, Philemon Kharis, will be returning to Jakarta, Indonesia to implement what he learned in January 2022.

work worldwide. No better place than our own root system! So grateful for PBC! They are
already teaching the classes they took in the summer. We have 144 full time (18 hrs/wk for 42
weeks) students in 8 IFGF colleges around the world! We hope to have 20 schools by Fall 2022.”
