Thank you for taking the time to assist us with planning for the summer and next semester. Please let us know if you would like to discuss options or need any counsel in your decision making process – we are here for you! Your Dorm and Roommate preferences are highly valuable to us! Please know that we do not make any guarantees but prayerfully consider what will work best for everyone. We look forward to another great year!

Summer Plans
Will you be staying in the Dorms for the summer?*
Students have one week from the last day of school to move off campus or stay and pay summer rent. Rent cost is $600 for the entire summer. Please note that Summer Rent is not available to students not returning to PBC unless you are a graduated Senior. (Graduated Senior rent is slightly discounted as you are required to move out by July 31st. ) If you are NOT staying for the summer, but are planning on retuning in the fall, YOU ARE REQUIRED to move all your belongings out of your room and into Summer Storage (or take it home with you). Summer Storage will be in the classroom building and will cost $50 for the summer.
