Work-Study Program

As a college student, finding part-time work that accommodates your schedule and contributes to your financial independence can be a significant challenge. At PBC, we understand this struggle and strive to provide our students with a range of on-campus job opportunities, from custodial and facilities positions to cafeteria teams.

While the number of available positions may be very limited, they serve as a great starting point for students seeking employment while pursuing their studies. By working on campus, you can enjoy the convenience of staying close to your academic environment and creating a healthy work-life balance.

As part of the on-campus work program, student-workers generally receive minimum wage. While the pay scale may not be the most lucrative, these positions provide an opportunity for you to gain valuable skills, develop a strong work ethic, and make connections within the college community. Furthermore, the flexibility of on-campus work arrangements allows you to better manage your academic commitments alongside your job responsibilities.

To apply for these positions, you must first be formally accepted into PBC as a student. Once you have received your acceptance letter, you can request further information from the Registrar’s Office. Be sure to seize this opportunity early on to maximize your chances of securing a position that aligns with your interests and skills.

International Applicants:

PBC welcomes international applicants who are seeking employment opportunities on campus. We understand that international students face unique challenges when it comes to working while studying.
