Payment Plans and Down Payments
To ensure a smooth start to your classes, it’s important to have your payments settled in full before the Enrollment Deadline in August and January. We understand that financial situations can vary, so we have a flexible solution for those unable to make the full payment upfront. Our combined down payment/interest-free payment plan option allows you to get started with your education while managing your finances responsibly.
There is no fee to enroll in a payment plan. However, a $100 late enrollment fee applies if a student enrolls after the enrollment deadline, does not pay their down payment on time, or does not sign the enrollment agreement on time.

If a payment is not received within 5 days of its due date, a one-time late fee is added for that payment period:
- Portland Campus: $50
- Online Campus: $20
- Spanish Campus: $10
This fee applies once per missed monthly payment, not per day late.

*Down payments are due the Wednesday before the first day of classes. You can find an up-to-date calendar at portlandbiblecollege.org/calendar.
***We provide a 5-day grace period after which a one-time late fee per payment period will be added. Payments may not be more than 30 days late. Students who remain unpaid past this point may be withdrawn from the school. If you withdraw during the term, see our Refund Policy for how remaining payment plan balances and credits are handled.
